Alvira Services B.V. is one of the largest suppliers of ATMs in the Netherlands, specializing in development and maintenance of electronic payment systems. Their devices are used in more than 40,000 retail outlets in both small and large retailers. They have a nationwide service network and are certified by the Payments Association Netherlands.

'My Alvira' is a custom CMS portal where company customers can manage their machines configuration and data - print notes, contact information, product upgrades, machine communication details, etc.. The solution consists of two parts - web application for Alvira's customers and portal administrators and a back-end system which does two-way integration with the ERP system used internally by the company. Due to the sensitivity of the data provided by the system, a custom authentication process was implemented and enhanced with SMS code verification.
